PURCHASE

When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred or paid on delivery.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Free delivery for over 99 euros purchase.

• Delivery charge 5 euros for under 99 euros purchase.

• Standard delivery is made on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00.

• Door to door delivery.

• COD door to door delivery.

• Pickup from the courier store location.

14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

As a private person, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can return your product within 14 days and get your money back. The product has to be in an unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the product the same way as it was when you received it. Return costs for the product will burden the customer. More detailed information can be found under “Return”.

RETURN

When sending back a product you first have to contact us. It is your responsibility that the product arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the product is properly packed and in excellent condition.

When a return is completed, the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited or in case of COD payment, the full amount will be returned in cash. If a product is returned and is not in the original condition, the return will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will not be refunded for the product and will be responsible for shipping costs if they wish to have the product returned to them.
